In the 11w and actually you can buy fashion shoes from Payless! I was curious if you need surgery, it was to get your feet smaller. I wouldnt mind, a 7W-8W. Hell surgery for the rest, lol

No, no. The feet are not purely aesthetic, they are walking or standing. It can be difficult to shoe, do not forget, however, fairly large feet that keep you in balance! :)
