Whats A Normal Muscle Percentage For Women Chronic Pain & Disinterested Doctors?

Chronic pain & disinterested doctors? - whats a normal muscle percentage for women

I am a woman of 19 years. I saw two rheumatologists in the past year and a half, and both my Fibromyalgia is diagnosed after two visits. My only abnormal blood tests have been increased to show complement ESR and high inflammation - the absence of anemia, high / low blood pressure, symptoms of autoimmune disease, etc.

My symptoms are:
- Persistent fatigue
- Eye fatigue, constant pain in the eyes
- Creaking, aching joints
- Livedo reticularis on the hands, arms, legs, feet and chest
- Constant cold hands and feet, usually accompanied by discomfort and pain
- Red, Model addresses indicated in the lower torso and legs, if the increase in heart rate (http://i40.tinypic.com/11gnbzd.jpg & http://i40.tinypic.com/35hijno. Jpg)
- Fingers and toes are blue and purple, but it comes and goes

No doctor has been running more tests to discover what causes the inflammation, or do something to help me with the exception of prescription medication and told me to exercise more interesting. I have a little softer, but a body-mass index, healthy and normal in fat, muscle, PEPercentage and the exercise has not frequently and regularly helped - but a better diet and more work to me much pain or fatigue.

I am pleased concerned about my health and the degree of disability, the fact that the daily experience, but I have had the hearing, the nominations and the "not everything in his head wearily, but not elsewhere in your body or approach. I look another doctor, what kind of specialist to help me improve my symptoms? How do I know if I really fibromyalgia and I fired?
